TRZ Contract Payment definition

TRZ Contract Payment means, while any Debt Obligations are outstanding, an amount of money which, when added to the amount then on deposit in the Payment Fund, will equal the amount of (i) interest to become due on all the outstanding Debt Obligations on the next Debt Obligation Payment Date, (ii) the principal portion of the Debt Obligations then due, and (iii) the reasonable fees and expenses of the Paying Agent, if any.
TRZ Contract Payment means, while any CRRMA Obligations are outstanding, an amount of money which, when added to the amount then on deposit in the Pledged Revenue Fund, will equal the amount of (i) interest to become due on all the outstanding CRRMA Obligations on the next CRRMA Obligation Payment Date, and (ii) the principal portion of the CRRMA Obligations then due.

  • Eligible Contract Participant means an “eligible contract participant” as defined in the CEA and regulations thereunder.
