Truthful statements means that the Merchant shall make statements truthfully with respect to the information uploaded to and publicized on the JIUSHI Platform, remain fully and solely liable for the information so publicized and assume the relevant burden of proof. The Merchant’s obligation of making truthful statements includes but is not limited to the following:
