Trustworthiness means the degree to which an information system can be expected to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information being processed, stored, or transmitted by the system across a full range of threats.

Trustworthiness looks at the contents of the actions, the used in- and output during the chatbot conversation (doing things right).
