Trustee Fee Cap definition

Trustee Fee Cap means, in respect of each Due Period, Trustee Fees and Expenses in an amount not exceeding €50,000 plus 0.02% per cent. per annum (calculated semi-annually on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in such Due Period) of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as at the Determination Date immediately preceding the Payment Date in respect of such Due Period..
Trustee Fee Cap shall have the meaning set forth in the Pricing Side Letter.
Trustee Fee Cap means €45,000 per annum.
