Trust Value Per Share definition
Trust Value Per Share means the amount of USD that is paid per share to holders of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer who redeemed such shares pursuant to the Transaction, rounded to the nearest one-hundredth of a cent.
Trust Value Per Share means the quotient of (x) the aggregate amount in the Trust Account, inclusive of any interest thereon, as of two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, divided by (y) the number of IPO Shares.
