Trust Security Documents definition

Trust Security Documents means each of the instruments ------------------------ described in Annex I to this Trust Agreement and each agreement entered into pursuant to clause (ii) of subsection 6.3(b) of this Trust Agreement.
Trust Security Documents means each of the instruments described in Annex I to this Collateral Trust Agreement and each agreement entered into pursuant to clause (ii) of subsection 6.3(b) of this Collateral Trust Agreement.

  • The Trustee makes no representations as to the value or condition of the Trust Estate or any part thereof, or as to the title of the Obligors thereto or as to the security afforded by this Trust Agreement or any Trust Security Document, or as to the validity, execution (except its execution), enforceability, legality or sufficiency of this Trust Agreement, the Trust Security Documents or the Secured Obligations, and the Trustee shall incur no liability or responsibility in respect of any such matters.

  • The Collateral Trustee shall apply the proceeds of any action taken by it pursuant to the Trust Security Documents in accordance with Section 3.

  • References in this Mortgage to the “Transaction Documents” shall mean the collective reference to the Secured Instruments, the Collateral Trust Agreement, and the Trust Security Documents.

  • IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, under and subject to the conditions herein set forth and for the benefit of the Secured Parties, and for the enforcement of the payment of all Secured Obligations, and as security for the performance of and compliance with the covenants and conditions of this Trust Agreement, each of the Secured Instruments and each of the Trust Security Documents.

  • So long as such Notice of Acceleration is in effect, upon the direction of the Directing Parties, as provided herein, the Collateral Trustee shall exercise the rights and remedies provided in this Agreement and in the other Trust Security Documents.

Trust Security Documents means (i) in the case of any First Priority Agent, First Priority Secured Obligations, First Priority Secured Party and any Holder Representative in respect of any First Priority Secured Obligations, all First Priority Security Documents and (ii) in the case of any Junior Priority Agent, Junior Priority Secured Obligations, Junior Priority Secured Party and any Holder Representative in respect of any Junior Priority Secured Obligations, all Junior Priority Security Documents.

Trust Security Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Deposit Account Control Agreements, the Securities Account Control Agreements (if any), the Intercreditor Agreement, the Security and Collateral Agency Agreement, the other documents listed on Annex I and all other documents, instruments and agreements, including security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements, hereafter delivered to the Collateral Trustee (or to a separate collateral agent for the benefit of, among others, the Collateral Trustee and the other Secured Parties) granting a Lien on, perfecting or facilitating the perfection of a Lien on, or evidencing a Lien on, any property of any Person to secure the Secured Obligations.

  • ABL Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • Collateral Security Documents Any document or instrument given to secure or guaranty the Mortgage Loan, including without limitation, the Mortgage, each as amended, supplemented, assigned, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Senior Security Documents means with respect to any Senior Secured Party, the Security Documents that secure the Senior Obligations.

  • UK Security Documents means the UK Pledge Agreements and the UK Debenture.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreements, the Dutch Share Pledges, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Dutch law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.

  • Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Holdings Pledge Agreement, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 4.02, Section 6.11 or Section 6.13, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
