Trust Professionals definition

Trust Professionals means, collectively, independent contractors, including attorneys, accountants, appraisers, disbursing agents or other parties deemed by the GUC Trust Administrator to have the qualifications necessary or desirable to assist in the proper administration of the GUC Trust and that are employed or retained by the GUC Trust in such capacities.
Trust Professionals means Persons employed by the Liquidating Trustee or the Trust Advisory Board to provide services to the Liquidating Trust or the Trust Advisory Board, including attorneys, financial advisors, accountants, appraisers, disbursing agents or other parties deemed by the Liquidating Trustee and the Trust Advisory Board, as applicable, to have the qualifications necessary or desired to assist in the proper administration of the Liquidating Trust.
Trust Professionals means, collectively, independent contractors, including attorneys, accountants, appraisers, disbursing agents or other parties deemed by the Trust Administrator to have the qualifications necessary or desirable to assist in the proper administration of the Trust and that are employed or retained by the Trust in such capacities.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the Trust Professionals will be paid from the Wind-Down Budget Cash, prior to such retention, the GUC Trust Administrator shall identify the Trust Professionals to the DIP Lenders.

  • The GUC Trust Administrator may incur and pay any reasonable and necessary expenses in connection with the administration of the GUC Trust, including the fees and expenses of the Trust Professionals, provided, however, that all such expenditures, solely to the extent that they are paid from the Wind-Down Budget Cash, shall be made in accordance with the Budget.

  • The PD FCR and the PD FCR Professionals shall at all times have complete access to the PD Trust’s officers, employees and agents, as well as to the Trust Professionals, and shall also have complete access to all information generated by them or otherwise available to the PD Trust or the Trustees provided that any information provided by the Trust Professionals shall not constitute a waiver of any applicable privilege.

  • The FCR and the FCR Professionals shall at all times have complete access to the Trustees’ and the Talc Trust’s officers, agents, and employees, as well as to any Trust Professionals, and shall also have complete access to all non-privileged information generated by them or otherwise available to the Talc Trust or the Trustees.

  • The Class 7B Trustee shall also provide the ZTAC or Grace with such reasonable access to the Trust Professionals and other experts retained by the PD Trust and its staff (if any) as the ZTAC or Grace may reasonably request during the time that the Class 7B Trustee is considering such action, and shall also provide the ZTAC or Grace the opportunity, at reasonable times and for reasonable periods of time, to discuss and comment on such action with the Class 7B Trustee.

  • The payment of the fees and expenses of the Liquidating Trustee and the Liquidating Trust Professionals shall be made in the ordinary course of business and shall not be subject to the approval of the Bankruptcy Court; provided, that any disputes related to such fees and expenses shall be brought before the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Agent Professionals means attorneys, accountants, appraisers, auditors, business valuation experts, liquidation agents, collection agencies, auctioneers, environmental engineers or consultants, turnaround consultants, and other professionals and experts retained by Agent.

  • Licensed professional means a professional registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to Article 1 (§ 54.1-400 et seq.) of Chapter 4 of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia. For purposes of these Standards and Specifications a licensed professional is one that is certified by DPOR as an Architect, Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor, or Landscape Architects.
