Trust Offering definition

Trust Offering means any fund or other offering issued by the Trust that incorporates, references or is otherwise based on the Licensed Index.
Trust Offering means the private placement of Trust Units by the Trust under this Offering Memorandum;
Trust Offering shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(c) hereof.

  • The Trust may hold Closings of the Trust Offering prior to this requirement being met and there is no guarantee that this requirement will be met.
