Trust IV definition

Trust IV means Mercantile Bancorp Capital Trust IV, a statutory business trust, formed under Delaware law pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Trust Agreement of dated as of August 30, 2007 (as amended and/or supplemented) by and among Wilmington Trust, as Delaware Trustee and Property Trustee, the Debtor, as depositor, and the administrative Trustees named therein (the “Trust IV Declaration”), established for the sole purpose of issuing securities representing undivided beneficial interests in Trust IV’s assets.
Trust IV means Ridgewood Electric Power Trust IV, a Delaware business trust.
Trust IV has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
