Trust Distribution definition

Trust Distribution means Alaris' payment of a distribution on Trust Units to Unitholders as more particularly described under the heading "Trust Distributions".
Trust Distribution means any initial or periodic payment or transfer of consideration to holders of Abuse Claims made in accordance with the applicable Trust Documents.
