Trust Contracts definition

Trust Contracts means, with respect to a Trust, the administrative services agreement, the declaration of trust, the storage and safekeeping agreement and the registrar and transfer agency agreement.

  • Each Seller shall promptly notify the applicable Purchaser upon becoming aware of any complaint concerning any Serviced Appointment made by any party to the Serviced Corporate Trust Contracts, any Securityholder, any Credit Enhancement Provider or any rating agency.

  • Corporate Trust Contract means any indenture, trust, pooling and servicing, paying agency, collateral or disbursing agency, securities (whether bond, note, debenture or other) registrar, transfer agency or document custody Contracts and all other fiduciary, agency and corporate trust Contracts, including call rights, in each case, in respect of the Appointments.

  • Custodial Agreements The Custodial Agreements, listed in Exhibit F hereof, as each such agreement may be amended or supplemented from time to time as permitted hereunder.

  • Serviced Corporate Trust Contract means any Corporate Trust Contract in respect of a Serviced Appointment.
