Trust Check definition

Trust Check means a check issued from our own account or an account of our Providers, payable to your Payee.

Examples of Trust Check in a sentence

  • In the event any payment collected for the benefit of Client is returned NSF or uncollectible in Servicer’s Trust Account, Client will immediately upon notification from Servicer, return Servicer’s uncashed Trust Check, or immediately reimburse Servicer’s Trust Account the full amount received from Servicer’s Trust Check.

  • The aggregate purchase price for the Assets shall be the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($1,900,000.00) DOLLARS ("Purchase Price"), payable by Attorney Trust Check or wire transfer of immediately available funds.
