Trust Application definition

Trust Application means a fee-to-trust application of the Tribe to Interior with respect to the Subject Property.
Trust Application means the application completed and signed by a Beneficiary or the Beneficiary’s Legal Representative when applying to become a Beneficiary of the Trust.
