Trust Amendment definition

Trust Amendment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Trust Amendment means the proposed second amendment to AMIT's Declaration of Trust to permit AMIT to merge and consolidate with other entities, a copy of which is attached to this Proxy Statement/ Prospectus as Annex B.
