  • This Agreement, being personal to the Trunk Keeper, may not be assigned by him/her.

  • The Company shall not have the right to control or direct the order, sequence, details, manner or means by which You operate your business as an MJC Trunk Keeper, except as provided in this Agreement.

  • As an Independent Trunk Keeper, you retain and exercise full control over the order, sequence, details, manner and means by which You operate your business as a MJC Trunk Keeper, as long as You comply with acceptable professional standards and meet the general requirements for remaining an independent MJC Trunk Keeper.
