Trunk and Distribution System definition

Trunk and Distribution System means that portion of the Cable System for the delivery of Signals, but not including Drop Cable(s) to Subscriber’s residences.

Trunk and Distribution System. That portion of the Cable System for the delivery of Signals, but not including Drops to Subscriber's residences. Upstream Channel: A channel over which Signals travel to the System Headend from origination points within the Cable System. User: A Person utilizing the Cable Television System, including all related facilities for purposes of production and/or transmission of electronic or other Signals as opposed to utilization solely as a Subscriber. VCR: The acronym for video cassette recorder or similar existing or future technology with equivalent or better record and/or playback capability. Video Programming or Programming: Programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

Examples of Trunk and Distribution System in a sentence

  • The Licensee may charge residents located more than 150’ from the existing aerial Trunk and Distribution System, and additions thereto, time and materials charges.

  • The Licensee may charge residents for underground Drops located more than 125’ from the existing Trunk and Distribution System, and additions thereto, time and materials charges.

  • Any dwelling unit within an aerial three hundred feet (300 ft.) of the Trunk and Distribution System shall be entitled to a Standard Installation rate in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

  • A standard aerial installation charge shall be established by the Licensee which shall apply to any residence located not more than two hundred feet (200') from the existing aerial Trunk and Distribution System and additions thereto.

  • That time when the Licensee has provided written documentation to the Issuing Authority that its 450 MHz cable system has been fully upgraded to a minimum 750 MHz Trunk and Distribution System and service has been made available to one hundred percent (100%) of the residential households in the Town.
