Truncated Draw Down Allocation Amount definition
Truncated Draw Down Allocation Amount means the portion of the Draw Down Amount Requested that is allocated to the purchase of Shares in accordance with Section 6.1 hereof for each Trading Day in a reduced Draw Down Pricing Period (as provided in Section 6.1(m) hereof).
