True Void definition

True Void means a Dwelling which is vacant as a result of the Resident having: 1.16.1 died and there is no statutory right to succession; or 1.16.2 acquired their own property in the private sector; or 1.16.3 been evicted from or abandoned the Dwelling let to them 1.16.4 been rehoused in other suitable accommodation 1.16.5 been placed temporarily at the Dwelling as a result of decant and have permanently returned to his or her former home but does not include circumstances where the Dwelling has become vacant where:- 1.16.6 the Resident having been rehoused via any mobility scheme where a right to nominate a Resident to the Owner’s housing stock is required in return 1.16.7 as a result of the tenant being temporarily decanted and having moved to a temporary home 1.16.8 as a result of a mutual exchange
