If you, without the prior written consent of our company, sell or provide free of charge to the Subscribers any Agreed Product at a price lower than the agreed retail unit price, you shall, at our request, pay us a fine of RMB2 (in the case of Ringback Tone and True Tone) or RMB1 (in the case of IVR) and a sum to be calculated as follows: the difference between such price and the retail unit price of that Agreed Product multiplied by 1.5 and the total sales of that Agreed Product.
