  • On January 6 and 19, 2016, two additional purported unitholders of TRP (the “Federal Court Plaintiffs”) filed two putative class action lawsuits challenging the disclosures made in connection with the TRC/TRP Merger against TRP and the members of the TRP GP Board (the “Federal Court Defendants”).
