Taipingqiao 116 is an investment holding company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands with limited liability that is directly and wholly-owned by Trophy Property Development L.P..
Company Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.1.
Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.
