TROLS definition

TROLS has the meaning set forth in the definition of Indebtedness.
TROLS. : means that certain Lease Agreement dated as of May 15, 1997 between First Security Bank, National Association, not individually, but solely as the owner trustee under the MGI Real Estate Trust 1997-1, as lessor and Media General, Inc. as lessee, as amended, and that certain Lease Agreement dated as of July 10, 1998 between First Security Bank, National Association, not individually, but solely as the owner trustee under the MGI Real Estate Trust 1998-1, as lessor and Media General, Inc. as lessee, as amended, and all related documentation and agreements executed in connection therewith, as each has been amended through the date hereof.
TROLS has the meaning set forth in the definition of Indebtedness. "Unused Commitment" means, for any period, the amount by which (a) the then applicable aggregate Revolving Committed Amount exceeds (b) the daily average sum for such period of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans (but not including any Swingline Loans). "Working Capital" means, at any time, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the excess of current assets (excluding cash and Cash Equivalents) over current liabilities (excluding the current portion of Funded Debt), as determined in accordance with GAAP. 1.2
