trivago Data means all data and information that is submitted, directly or indirectly, to the Service Provider by trivago or obtained or learned by Service Provider in connection with the Services, including information relating to trivago, its Affiliates and its or their customers, hotels or hotel operators, technology, operations, facilities, consumer markets, marketing and branding plans and strategies, logos, graphics, financial information and projections, products, capacities, systems, procedures, security practices, research, development, business affairs, ideas, concepts, innovations, inventions, designs, business methodologies, improvements, trade secrets, copyrightable or patentable subject matter, trademarks under development, and other proprietary information.
