Triparty Agreements definition

Triparty Agreements means those agreements between APL-DDS, APL-SS and their customers.
Triparty Agreements means that certain Triparty Agreement dated as of May 18, 2005, among the Company, the Agent and AMPRO, relating to the mortgage loan purchase and sale agreement between the Company and AMPRO, substantially in the form of the Triparty Agreement annexed hereto as Exhibit M, as the same may be amended, modified, renewed, replaced and/or restated from time to time.
