Tripartite Contract definition

Tripartite Contract means the contract between an Interconnected Mini-Grid Operator, Distribution Licensee and Connected Community which shall be as agreed between the parties or as provided in the form of the contract template in Annex 11 and approved by the Commission;

  • If such a termination would adversely affect the ability of the other Party to continue to benefit from the relevant Continued Tripartite Contract, the Parties shall discuss in good faith how to avoid or mitigate such an adverse effect, provided that such discussions shall not hinder a Party from exercising its right to terminate the affected Continued Tripartite Contract and that such termination shall not result in any liability for the terminating Party.

  • In any case, a Party that has decided to terminate a Continued Tripartite Contract shall inform the respective other Party of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably possible.
