Trigger Prices definition

Trigger Prices has the meaning set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement.
Trigger Prices the amounts of $4.00 referred to in Section 3.05(a), $5.00 referred to in Section 3.05(b) and $6.00 referred to in Section 3.05(c).

Examples of Trigger Prices in a sentence

  • A decrease in the Company Designated Minimum Put Share Price shall have no retroactive effect on the determination of Trigger Prices and Excluded Days for days preceding the Business Day that such decrease takes effect.
