Tribute Bench definition

Tribute Bench means a park bench that is installed, owned and maintained by the City and approved for inclusion in the Community Tribute Program.
Tribute Bench means a park bench that is installed and maintained by the County as part of the Community Tribute program.
Tribute Bench or “bench” shall mean an object made of certain stone that is designed to be sat upon by visiting members of the public and which include inscriptions, terms of endearment, and other messages that pay tribute to a decedent interred in a District cemetery.

  • Bio-medical waste means any waste, which is generated during the diagnosis, treatment or immunization of human beings or animals or in research activities pertaining thereto or in the production or testing of biological or in health camps;

  • Chinese Medicine Practitioner means a Chinese medicine practitioner who is a) duly registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong pursuant to the Chinese Medicine Ordinance (Cap. 549 of the Laws of Hong Kong) or in relation to jurisdictions outside of Hong Kong, a body of equivalent standing; and b) legally authorised for practising Chinese medicine in the locality where the treatment is provided to an Insured, but in no circumstance shall include the Insured, the Policyholder, an insurance intermediary or an employer, employee, Immediate Family Member or business partner(s) of the Policyholder and/or the Insured(s).

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Qualified Medical Practitioner means a medical practitioner who possesses any recognised medical qualification as defined in clause (h) of section 2 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and who is enrolled on a State Medical register as defined in clause (k) of that section;

  • Licensed health care practitioner means a physician, as defined in Section 1861(r)(1) of the Social Security Act, a registered professional nurse, licensed social worker or other individual who meets requirements prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.
