Tribunal(s) definition

Tribunal(s) means National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench having jurisdiction in relation to the Transferee Company and the Transferor Companies or such other forum or authority as may be vested with any of the powers for approving any scheme of arrangement, compromise or reconstruction of a company under Section 230 to 234 of the Act of the above mentioned tribunals under the Act;
Tribunal(s) means the relevant bench of National Company Law Tribunal having jurisdiction over the Transferor Company and the Transferee Company.
Tribunal(s) and “Constituent Tribunals” mean the adjudicative tribunals designated as a tribunal cluster under Ontario Regulation 126/10 (Adjudicative Tribunals and Clusters) made under ATAGAA, as amended from time to time, currently consisting of the Assessment Review Board, the Board of Negotiation, the Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal and the Ontario Municipal Board.

More Definitions of Tribunal(s)

Tribunal(s) means the Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal and the Delhi bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, and shall include, if applicable, such other forum or authority as may be vested with the powers of a National Company Law Tribunal under the Act, and “Tribunal” shall mean each of them individually;
Tribunal(s) or “NCLT(s)” means the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench having jurisdiction over the Transferee Company and National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench having jurisdiction over the Transferor Company as applicable;
Tribunal(s) means Foreign Employment Tribunal constituted pursuant to Section 64 of the Act.
Tribunal(s) means the various tribunals delegated by this By-Law to hear and determine reports made in accordance with this By-Law i.e. Disciplinary Tribunal and Appeals Tribunal.

  • Courts means the Ontario Court, the Quebec Court and the BC Court.
