Tribal Representative definition

Tribal Representative means any person other than a tribal employee who travels on official tribal business.

More Definitions of Tribal Representative

Tribal Representative means the Chairman of the Tribe or representative(s) of the Tribe lawfully designated in writing by the Tribal Council to take all necessary action with respect to the Leases, Subleases, and other leasing related actions, including but not limited to Assignments and amendments of the same.
