Tribal Elder definition

Tribal Elder means a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan who is at least 55 years of age.
Tribal Elder means a Tribal Member who has attained the age of 65 years or older.
Tribal Elder means any person 50 years of age or older who is also a Tribal Member as defined in this section.

The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.

  • Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);
