Tribal Codes definition

Tribal Codes means ordinances setting forth codes adopted by the Tribe for building, fire, health and safety for the Subject Property.

  • The Tribe shall adopt Tribal Codes that are no less restrictive than similar codes now or hereafter in effect in the Commonwealth.
