Trial Update definition

Trial Update means a major update to the software underlying the TCX Services available on a trial basis only.

  • Innomotics will give Customer notice when a Trial Update is first available and the date when the production environment of the Offering will be updated.

  • Customer’s entitlement to use any Trial Update in a test instance is limited as provided in the Agreement with the expectation that Customer will provide Feedback to mitigate any concerns when the production environment is subsequently updated.

Related to Trial Update

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Update means a modification to a Component System necessary to maintain the operation of the Component System in compliance with the Documentation in effect as of the Component System’s applicable License Effective Date and includes without limitation modifications correcting any design or operational errors in the Component System and modifications enabling the Component System to be operated in any revised operating environment issued by BNYM and excludes Upgrades.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Commercial user means a person who deals in children's products or who holds himself or herself out as having knowledge or skill relating to children's products, or a person who is in the business of remanufacturing, retrofitting, selling, leasing, subletting, or otherwise placing in the stream of commerce children's products.

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and
