Trial/ Test Version definition
Trial/ Test Version means a non -production version of the QUADIENT Program, so identified, to be used in a non-production environment only to review and evaluate the Program for a specific time period as determined by QUADIENT and for the avoidance of doubt exclude any purpose from which Customer (or any of its End Users) generates revenue.
