Licensee acknowledges that it is downloading the Trial Software with the intent to purchase a license to use the Software upon completion of a successful Evaluation Period.
Trial Software and Subscription Software include a locking mechanism that automatically will prevent Licensee's use of such Software following the expiration of the applicable license term.
Licensee may use the Trial Software during the Evaluation Period solely for the purpose of evaluating whether to purchase a license to the Software.
Licensee may make a reasonable number of additional copies of the Software (excluding Trial Software) solely for non-productive, archival purposes; provided that, the original productive and non-productive copies of the same license are not in use at the same time and each copy contains all titles, trademarks, copyrights and restricted rights notices as in the original, and is not provided to any third party.
