Trial Size definition

Trial Size means a Unit that is a sampling vehicle with a fill weight that is less than thirty percent (30%) of the fill weight of the regular business Product and that is given to customers or end-use consumers free of charge or at or below cost with the objective of generating trial and awareness of Products.
