Tri-Dam definition

Tri-Dam or "Tri-Dam Project" means the operating authority of the Oakdale and South San Joaquin Irrigations Districts for the Tri-Dam facilities, including Tulloch Reservoir.

  • When a Tri-Dam Plant or System fails to function such that generation is restricted by 20%.
