TRG Group definition
TRG Group means TRG and its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time; “TRG Shareholders” means holders of TRG Shares; and
TRG Group means The Restaurant Group plc and each of its subsidiary and subsidiary undertakings as defined in section 1162 of the 2006 Act.
