Trend Log definition

Trend Log means a log of trend data undertaken in accordance with the provisions of PCP-05 (Change Control).
Trend Log means the log documenting each Trend, which is prepared and maintained by Design- Builder in accordance with the Scope of Work, as updated in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Trend Log in a sentence

  • The purpose of the Trend Log is for suppliers to communicate to Owner changes that have the potential for occurring.

  • If a Reliable Design Decision will cue a footing in the livelihood or Final Basis of Design Decisions, or any defence the fancy Terms, such changes must be processed pursuant to Article Trend Log.

  • The Parties will work collaboratively to resolve Trends in the Trend Log as quickly as possible.

  • Entries in the Trend Log do not constitute changes to the cost, schedule or scope baseline.

  • The Design Builder will track the Trend on the Trend Log, and the Trend Log shall be updated with the most recent information on a weekly basis.

  • If the Design Builder does not know the extent to which the Design Materials might alter a Commercial Term, the Design Builder shall request in writing for the Owner/DES to agree to identify the Trend in the Trend Log.

  • A monthly Trend Log will be utilized by the Contractor to identify, by WBS element, any potential cost, scope and schedule changes.

  • The Design Builder must obtain the Owner/DES’s consent to include the Trend in the Trend Log.
