Trenchant definition

Trenchant means Trenchant Capital Corp., a British Columbia corporation and the sole shareholder of the Lender;
Trenchant or the “Company” means Trenchant Capital Corp., a company incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, which is the “Issuer” in connection with the Change of Business.

  • Drywell means an unlined or partially lined underground pit (regardless of geometry) into which drainage from roofs, basement floors, water softeners or other non-wastewater sources is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil.
