Tree Retention Plan definition

Tree Retention Plan means the plan located at Annex 25 or such replacement plan as may be agreed from time to time between the Developer and the Council; and Paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 7 to the Principal Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the following new paragraph:
Tree Retention Plan means a plan that contains specific information pertaining to the protection, preservation, and planting of trees, pursuant TMC 16.08.160.
Tree Retention Plan means a plan delineating areas proposed for Tree Retention, in accordance with this Bylaw;
