Tree Cutting Permit definition

Tree Cutting Permit means a permit issued by the Administrator in accordance with this Bylaw, which will allow cutting or pruning of trees under conditions stipulated in the Bylaw.
Tree Cutting Permit means a permit issued by the Manager of Parks Services in accordance with this bylaw, which shall permit the cutting and replacement of trees under the conditions stipulated in the permit.
Tree Cutting Permit means a Tree Cutting Permit issued pursuant to Division Six of this bylaw by the City’s Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department to allow the Cutting, removal, and replacement of Tree(s) under conditions stipulated in the Tree Cutting Permit.

More Definitions of Tree Cutting Permit

Tree Cutting Permit means a permit issued by the Administrator in accordance with this Bylaw, which will allow cutting of trees under conditions stipulated in the Bylaw. An example of the permit is contained in Schedule B. A permit is only a permission pursuant to this Bylaw, and does not relieve the permit holder from complying with all other laws, regulations and requirements of any public authority having jurisdiction, nor relieve the holder from complying with civil, common law or contractual obligations.
Tree Cutting Permit means the written authority granted by the Director pursuant to this Bylaw to cut or remove a tree;

Tree Cutting Permit means a permit and its conditions as issued under this Bylaw.
