Tree Compensation Payment Deduction means the sum, in Canadian dollars, to be deducted from Payments by the City to Project Co in accordance with the Agreement, as calculated in Section 2.5 [Tree Removal Adjustment] of Schedule 16 [Payment Mechanism].
