Treasury Zeroes definition

Treasury Zeroes means (i) non-callable non-interest bearing obligations of the United States Treasury backed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America (including, without limitation, Certificates of Accrual on Treasury Securities (CATS), Treasury Investment Growth Receipts (TIGRs), Generic Treasury Receipts (TRs), and Separate Trading of Registered Interest and Principal of Securities (STRIPS)) and (ii) non-callable interest bearing general obligations of the United States Treasury backed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America that have only one payment remaining to be made; provided that any such obligations that are included in the definition of Cash Equivalents shall be deemed to be Cash Equivalents instead of Treasury Zeroes for purposes of this Agreement.

  • The par value of Treasury Notes held by the Fund shall not exceed 50% of the aggregate value at maturity of all Treasury Zeroes and Agency Zeroes held by the Fund.
