Treasury Trade definition

Treasury Trade means (i) the purchase of securities of the type described in clause (i) of the definition of "Cash Equivalents" ("Purchased Treasuries") pursuant to forward commitments for settlement on the date (the "Settlement Date") one Business Day after the day (the "Commitment Date") of entry into such forward commitments and at the market price in effect at the time of the entry into such forward commitments on the Commitment Date, coordinated with (ii) the sale of such Purchased Treasuries in a transaction entered into on the Settlement Date, at the market price in effect at the time of the entry into such transaction on the Settlement Date and that settles substantially simultaneously with the settlement of the purchase of such Purchased Treasuries.
