Treasurer Representative definition

Treasurer Representative means the State Treasurer, the Assistant State Treasurer or the Deputy State Treasurer of the State, and shall include any other natural person who at the time and from time to time may be designated by a Certificate of the State Treasurer delivered to the Party relying thereon. Such Certificate shall contain the specimen signature of such person, and shall be signed on behalf of the State by the State Treasurer, the Assistant State Treasurer or the Deputy State Treasurer. Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States, and its successors and assigns, or any other bank or trust company which may at any time be substituted in its place pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
