Treasure Data definition

Treasure Data means the Treasure Data, Inc. a Delaware company having its principal place of business at 2565 Leghorn St., Mountain View, California 94043, USA.

  • Treasure Data reserves the right to update and modify the Service at any time in its sole discretion, provided that Treasure Data may not materially decrease the functionalities in the Service during the Subscription Term.

  • During the Subscription Term, Treasure Data will maintain a written security program that includes policies, procedures and controls aligned to ISO27001, or a substantially equivalent standard, designed to protect the Service and Collected Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized disclosure or access.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, non-payment of any Service Fees or other fees due to Treasure Data will be considered a material breach.

  • The Service Materials shall remain the exclusive property of Treasure Data.

  • Upon termination of an Order Form and/or this Agreement by Treasure Data pursuant to Section 10.3 or by Customer pursuant to Section 10.2, Customer will pay any unpaid Service Fees for the remainder of the Subscription Term of each terminated Order Form.

  • Treasure Data makes no representations or warranties with respect to any Third-Party Services, whether express or implied, and shall have no liability whatsoever for the Collected Data while it is being transmitted between the Service and the Third-Party Services or when it is stored in the Third-Party Services.

  • In addition, subject to Clause 2.a above, Treasure Data will maintain at least the following security measures: HTTP with SSL 128-bit or 256-bit encryption (HTTPS); and secure access to the Service.

  • Where permission is given by the Clinical Director and manager for the member of staff to provide clinical information or statements, then the following applies:• The manager will arrange for the member of staff to be interviewed by the appropriate Police Officer;• A manager and / or the Trust’s solicitors should be present during the interview.

  • Data Controller shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998;

  • Operations Manager means each of the Company and Provider payroll, benefits and information technology representatives on the Operations Management Team as identified in Section 6.0 below.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed M.D. or D.O. with knowledge of drug abuse disorders, employed or used by the City to review drug results in accordance with this procedure.

  • Outdoors means any location that is not “indoors” within a fully enclosed and secure structure as defined herein.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.

  • CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;

  • Corporation’s Auditors means such firm of chartered accountants as the Corporation may have appointed or may from time to time appoint as auditors of the Corporation, including prior auditors of the Corporation, as applicable;
