Travel Bundle definition
Travel Bundle means the Customer booking a combination of:
Travel Bundle means the Customer bookinga combination of: «Туристический пакет» означает бронирование Клиентом комбинации: (a) Hospitality Packages with one or more of the following separate ancillary services: (a) Пакетов гостеприимства и одной или более отдельных сопутствующих услуг: (i) Scheduled Flight; and/or (i) перелёт Регулярным рейсом; и/или (ii) Accommodation; (ii) Размещение; provided that those separate ancillary services are purchased with a single signed Order; or are advertised, sold or charged at an inclusive or total price; or advertised or sold under the term “Travel Bundle” or a similar term. при условии, что такие отдельные сопутствующие услуги приобретаются при помощи одной подписанной формы Заказа; или рекламируются, продаются или оплачиваются по цене с учётом всех услуг или по итоговой цене; или рекламируются либо продаются под наименованием «Туристический пакет» или схожим наименованием. (b) A Customer having already booked a Hospitality Package on standalone basis decides to also book ancillary services (Scheduled Flight and Accommodation) together provided that those ancillary services are purchased with a single signed Order; or are advertised, sold or charged at an inclusive or total price; or advertised or sold under the term “Travel Bundle” or a similar term. (b) Клиент, уже забронировавший Пакет гостеприимства отдельно, принимает решение также забронировать сопутствующие услуги (перелёт Регулярным рейсом и размещение в номере) при условии, что такие сопутствующие услуги приобретаются при помощи одной подписанной формы Заказа; или рекламируются, продаются или оплачиваются по цене с учётом всех услуг или по итоговой цене; или рекламируются либо продаются под наименованием «Туристический пакет» или схожим наименованием. “Travel Bundle Sales Regulations” means the regulations governing the sale of Travel Bundles in respect of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM. «Положения о продажах Туристических пакетов» означает положения, регулирующие продажу Туристических пакетов на Чемпионат мира по футболу FIFA в Катаре 2022™ “UK Customer” means a Customer who is a resident of the United Kingdom. «Клиент из Великобритании» означает Клиента, являющегося резидентом Великобритании. 4.1 Where an EU Customer’s or a UK Customer’s booking is for a Travel Bundle that MATCH Hospitality has organised, MATCH Hospitality will act as the organiser of the component elements of the Travel Bundle and the Customer will additionally be bound to the terms of the Travel Bundle...
