Travel and Entertainment definition

Travel and Entertainment. Any expenses associated with business related travel, lodging, meals and entertainment of brokers or employees by senior managers. Advertising and Marketing Expense: Any expenses for Marketing supplies (i.e. shirts, pens, hats etc.), any direct mail (includes printing, postage & supply cost), newspaper, radio, television advertising, yellow pages etc.
Travel and Entertainment and "Other" and "Orapred Contribution" items with respect to the ORAPRED(R) product for Ascent's fiscal year ended June 30, 2003 and for Ascent's nine months ended March 31, 2004 as Part 2.4(a) of the Ascent Disclosure Schedule.

  • RCPC shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, subject to and in accordance with the Revlon Travel and Entertainment Policy as in effect from time to time, or such policy or policies, if any, as may succeed it.

  • When traveling for Company business, Executive shall be subject to Company travel policies, including, without limitation, the Company’s Travel and Entertainment Policy, in effect from time to time.

  • During the Term, the Company will reimburse you for reasonable business expenses, including travel, entertainment, and other expenses (including a mobile phone and data service) incurred by you in the furtherance of the performance of your duties hereunder, in accordance with the Company’s Travel and Entertainment policy as in effect from time to time.

  • The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement by the Company for all reasonable business and travel expenses incurred by the Executive on the Company’s behalf during the course of the Executive’s employment, upon the presentation by the Executive of documentation itemizing such expenditures and attaching all supporting vouchers and receipts in accordance with the Company’s Travel and Entertainment policy (or any successor policy thereto).

  • In addition, if you commence a purchase and the merchant obtains an authorization and then you cancel the purchase without completing it, the authorization may result in a temporary hold for that amount of funds for 3 business days (7 business days for Travel and Entertainment merchants).

  • Executive shall adhere to all general Travel and Entertainment policies as may be established by the Company from time-to-time.
