Trash or Refuse definition
Trash or Refuse means solid waste as set forth in Michigan Public Act 641 which are acceptable for disposal in a Type II sanitary landfill and shall not include any waste, or portion thereof, which is liquid, radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, infectious or pathological, asbestos, special waste or Hazardous Waste.
