Trap door definition

Trap door means a device installed on the fill riser above the connection of remote fill line on a UST system that is designed to prevent a regulated substance from escaping the fill riser in the event of an overfill, and it allows for the manual gauging of the tank through this riser.
Trap door means the computer software that includes a means by which an unauthorized user may circumvent the security protections of the system or gain access without authorization of the party operating the system.
